Still here...doing good!
I'm not real sure if anyone checks this anymore...but wanted to let you know that the Ponsler family continues to love life. We found a home and have been blessed by many visitors since we moved. Our children are growing and we are starting to settle into a routine. Thanks for stopping by...

It has been a long while...
Have you ever questioned God's plan for your life? Just between you and me...God and I have spent some serious time together the past few months. In mid November, I was offered a job to work for GM in Detroit. Well, after much thought and prayer, Chris and I decided to take a leap of faith and make the move. At times, we have had second thoughts, but we decided to continue on and pursue this opportunity. We were very comfortable where we were, we both had jobs that we loved, our parents were close to us, we had finally fixed up our house to make it our own and then we decided to move. Hmmm....what were we thinking? Well, we are trusting that God has a bigger plan for us, bigger than what we could imagine.
The cool thing is that we are living close to my brother and his family. We are also close to Andrew, our nephew, who is attending Adrian College. He plays hockey and Chris and Tegegn have already been to the rink to see him (10 minutes away). For now, we are renting a condo in Canton, MI...we are almost unpacked and it is beginning to feel more like our home.
We were fortunate to have people come pack and move our stuff. It was amazing. These men never stopped. They are probably the hardest working men I have ever met. It was a wonderful experience and I can't imagine how tired they had to be when they finally quit for the day.
The kids are doing great! Tegegn is almost potty trained and continues to amaze us with his vocabulary. Mackenzie is mobile and is getting into everything. She loves her brother and enjoys laughing at him (she thinks he is super funny)! Mackenzie was baptized earlier this month at our Grace United Methodist Church in Kokomo.
Until next time...( I wonder what the next Ponsler family adventure will be.?.?.?)
